Founder
Incorporated TRM in the Ellicott Square Building in 1977, with a first Tops Market and a first Wilson Farms store that same year.
The studio
Architects, designers, estimators and an in-house civil P.E.
Many of us have been here for decades. That continuity is a large part of why clients keep calling us back.

We restored 448 Delaware down to its column capitals, then fitted it with zoned heating and cooling and replica windows. The Preservation Board recognized it in 2002.
